Breathtaking view. The wonderful modern apartment is located in Halepa, suburb of chania, with the most magnificent view. The flat is close to the city but also near some wonderful beaches such as Seidan limania, Kalathas, Stavros, Marathi and Loutraki. The flat is ideal for couples or friends who want to have a wonderful holiday far from the hustle and bustle of a city.

The apartment is on the first floor of a modern building, in Halepa, Chania. It has a comfortable sitting room, two bedrooms, with 1 double and 2 singles beds, a spacius kitchen and a cozy bathroom with bathtub. Ideal for four people but it can accommodate up to five as there is a big, comfortable sofa too. The fully, equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, big fridge, oven, microwave, coffemaker, toaster, kettler and anything you desire for preparing your meals.
It has a 24hr hot water supply in both kitchen and bathroom, central heating and is fully air conditioned. Wireless internet connection. Washer machine, hair dryer, steam iron and iron board.
All kind of household appliances as well as white linen and towels are provided. After each visit all bedding and linen are washed and sterilized even the blankets. The pillows are not covered with pillow cases but with special protective cases too, which are removed and washed each time. Also the bed cover mattresses are washed each time. Hygienic plays a major role for us.

The magnificent view from the balcony is surely the most important aspect of the flat.
Both the sitting room and the kitchen have access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the place. The seaview along with the blue sky which changes color during the day and night are breathtaking. You will definitely wish to stay here for ever!

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.
Chania is one of the most beautiful cities in Greece and a very popular destination for all kinds of travelers.
Halepa is a wonderful suburb of Chania, ideally located a very short distance (only 6 km/5 min drive) from Chania center, the airport and the port of Souda. There are many sandy beaches very close to the flat (5-10 min by car), the fabulous Seitan Limania and Kalathas amongst them, as well as important sights such as Venizelosgraves. In a short distance to the flat there are 2 big supermarkets (LIDL and ΧΑΛΚΙΑΔΑΚΗΣ market) and the famous koukouvagia coffeshop delisius sweets. Also a pharmacy store is nearby.

You will need a car or a motorbike to explore the beauties of Chania and Crete. The apartment has plenty of parking space. Yet, there is a bus stop in the main road near the apartment, in case you want to use public transport from and to the center of Chania.
