The ground floor features a spacious south-facing veranda with a comfortable seating area, offering views of the pool, the White Mountains, and, at the foot of the hill, the picturesque village of Nio Chorio.
Additionally, there are two more verandas on the east and west sides, each equipped with dining tables and offering scenic views of the village and the White Mountains.
Indoors, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a dining area, a bathroom, and a small desk suitable for a personal computer.

The first floor includes a bedroom with two semi-double beds, anatomical mattresses, and a balcony with armchairs and a table, overlooking the pool and the White Mountains.
There is also a bedroom with a double bed, an anatomical mattress, a mosquito net, and a balcony with armchairs and a table, offering a charming view of the village.
A large bathroom with a jacuzzi, a washing machine, and a view of the village is also located on this floor.
Another bedroom features a double bed with an anatomical mattress, a wood stove, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with armchairs and a table, offering stunning views of the White Mountains, Ancient Aptera, and the village.

The attic consists of a bedroom with two single beds and anatomical mattresses, an en-suite bathroom, and a window with a beautiful view of the village.
